When you enroll in our Fueling Weight Loss Program you will receive weekly nutrition education for 23 weeks to help you reach your weight loss and health goals.

You will get customized meal plans exclusively designed by your dietitian to fit your health, exercise, and lifestyle goals. Your meal plans will be complete with meal prep alerts and grocery lists to make eating healthy simple. We will ensure that your meal plans work with your lifestyle and include your family too!

Food allergies? Dietary restrictions? IBS? No problem! We will ensure your meal plan matches your needs. With our highly sophisticated meal planning software, we can build truly customized menus for you based on your lifestyle, food preferences, family size, weight goals, medical conditions, and more!

What you will get with your monthly membership to our Fueling Weight Loss Program:

  • One-time initial video or phone visit with your Racer's Edge Nutrition Registered Dietitian to understand your goals and lifestyle and create a tailored nutrition plan specific to you.

  • A personalized nutrition prescription for calorie, macronutrient and micronutrient goals.

  • Weekly meal plans to match your nutrition prescription, complete with recipes and a weekly grocery list. You can even import your grocery list to Amazon Fresh or Instacart for easy shopping!

  • Ability to edit recipes and modify your meal plans.

  • Weekly education lessons to fuel your journey to health.

  • Ability to message your dietitian as needed for meal plan adjustments to help you reach your goals.

Investment:

Monthly membership fee: $39/month with no commitment + a one-time start up fee of $99. You can cancel anytime after the first month. 

 

If you need an extra video or phone visit (30 minute visit) with your dietitian at any time during the program, you can add this on for just $41 per visit.
