The Starting Line Plan for High School and Collegiate Athletes

Take your performance to the next level by improving your eating habits and fueling during sport. During our program you with work 1:1 with Jackie Farniok, our Registered Dietitian specializing in youth and collegiate sports.​​

About Jackie

Growing up I was a competitive soccer player and dancer for many years. With the dreams of one day becoming a professional dancer, I began my undergraduate degree as a dance major at Pace University in NYC. I soon realized there was a huge gap in knowledge and support regarding nutrition for athletes, and here is where my interest in the field of nutrition began. Recognizing that one day I wanted to work with athletes, I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Elon University. During this time, I also obtained my certification in personal training. Prior to starting my Master’s degree, I worked as a personal trainer for a wide variety of clients (clients with medical conditions, high school athletes, college athletes, and more) and began to train and compete in powerlifting. I then went on to complete my Master’s degree in nutrition at Boston University and my dietetic internship at Boston Medical Center. My approach when working with athletes is to provide evidence-based practices in a client-centered manner. I strive to collaborate with clients so that we can find the approach that works best for you and your lifestyle. 

We have 3 plan options for you to choose from

Basic Package - 2 sessions with Jackie (45-60 minute sessions)

This is a great introductory package for those looking for general nutrition information and education. During you sessions we will discuss proper hydration, how to structure your meals and snacks, nutrient timing, and pre/post-workout nutrition

Investment: $280

Intermediate Package - 3 sessions with Jackie (45-60 minute sessions)

We will cover everything from the Basic Package PLUS food logging and full nutrient analysis. Together, we will walk through and discuss your food logs and strategize on ways to make appropriate changes. The nutrient analysis allows us to dive into the details (macronutrients and micronutrients) and lets us know where you currently have gaps in your diet. From there we will discuss ways to fix those gaps through food and potentially supplementation.

Investment: $395

Advanced Package - 3 sessions with Jackie (45-60 minute sessions)

We will cover everything from the Intermediate Plan PLUS a customized meal plan. This customized meal plan will cover caloric goals, macro/micronutrient goals, nutrient timing, hydration and potential supplementation.

Investment: $550
